Mormon SUD. The More Good Foundation wanted to replace a Spanish-language blog site, MormonSUD.com, with a chat, blog, music, etc. site. The Ning social network was chosen as host and a site was launched for "members and friends of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints."
Familias Mormonas. This Spanish-language, WordPress-based site was updated with a new theme annd new features like a music widget were added.
Site Tutorial Software. Developed for Serenity Software, the Site Walkthrough Software is a web-based solution that requires minimal administration and installation. It's designed to be added on top of an existing website and have tutorial content added by non-programmers. Each step of a tutorial can be tied to a site page, explaining what needs to happen on that page and how to proceed to the next step. Elements on the host page may be highlighted to focus the user's attention. The tutorial can branch and loop, based on what the user needs to do. And when she reaches a point where she remembers what to do or wants to do something else, the tutorial can be be closed and forgotten until needed again.
Development has been done within an MVC architecture in object-oriented PHP, mySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax and CSS. The initial version was beta-tested by Doba and is now being used on their production website. The user interface is currently being enhanced and support for Flash, video and audio media within the tutorial windoow is being added.
